Training program
Warm-Up & Fundamentals
Your first session focuses on foundations — stance, footwork, basic punches and the guard position. Maew evaluates your level and tailors the week’s programme accordingly. Expect to sweat from minute one.
Day 1 Beginners welcomeStrikes & Combinations
Build on the basics with structured combination drills — jab-cross-kick sequences, clinch entries and elbow techniques. Pad work with the trainer sharpens timing and power. Two to three sessions in this phase.
Days 2–3Conditioning & Clinch Work
Mid-week intensity: rope skipping, bag work and heavy conditioning rounds. Clinch techniques — sweeps, knee strikes and off-balancing — are introduced. Your cardio and core strength will be tested.
Days 4–5Sparring & Final Session
Light technical sparring (optional) puts the week’s skills into context. The final session closes with Maew’s personal coaching notes and a certificate of completion. A moment of pride after seven days of hard work.
