The Phi Phi archipelago is limestone rising straight out of clear water: cliffs you sail between, lagoons that open up behind a gap in the rock, reefs a few metres below the surface. The speedboat lets you fit the whole circuit into a day, with time to swim at each stop rather than just photograph it.

what to expect

The plan for the day

Bamboo Island

First stop of the day — a true haven of white sand and turquoise water. Relax on the beach or take a swim before the route continues.

Morning

Viking Cave & Pi Leh Lagoon

Visit the mysterious Viking Cave with its ancient boat paintings, then head into the beautiful Pi Leh Lagoon — a natural pool hidden between towering limestone cliffs.

Mid-morning

Monkey Beach & Maya Bay

Watch the monkeys from the boat at Monkey Beach, then visit the iconic Maya Bay, the filming location of The Beach, framed by dramatic cliffs.

Late morning Closed Aug – Sep

Snorkelling, lunch & Phi Phi Don

Snorkel at Loh Samah Bay among coral and tropical fish, then buffet lunch on Phi Phi Don, with free time to explore before heading back.

Afternoon Lunch included

One loop through the archipelago, at a pace that leaves time in the water.

Maya Bay closes every year in August and September so the reef can recover. On those dates the route is adjusted and the rest of the day stays the same.
