Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before travelling with us.

before you book

Booking conditions

How do I book a trip?+

To confirm your booking, get in touch by email or WhatsApp. Once availability is confirmed, we will send you the payment instructions.

The booking becomes final once the booking form has been completed and the deposit or full payment has been received, depending on the booking date. A copy of each traveller’s passport may be requested.

Booking and payment conditions+

Bookings made more than 30 days in advance: a deposit of 40% of the total amount. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the trip start date.

Bookings made less than 30 days in advance: full payment in a single instalment.

Payments can be made by bank card through the electronic invoice, at no extra cost, or by bank transfer.

What is the cancellation policy?+

You may cancel the trip at any time before departure. The closer the start date, the higher the cancellation charges, because the services have already been contracted and paid to local providers.

Cancellations must be notified in writing with proof of receipt. The date of that notice is taken as the cancellation date for calculating the charges.

When you cancel Charge Amount refunded
More than 61 days before departure 40% 60% refunded
60 to 46 days before departure 50% 50% refunded
45 to 31 days before departure 75% 25% refunded
30 days or less before departure 100% No refund

Any refund due will be paid within a maximum of 14 days from the cancellation.

What if only one traveller cancels?+

If a traveller cancels their participation and the trip goes ahead for the rest of the group, the table above applies to their personal services, plus a 100% charge on their proportional share of the shared services.

What happens with flights?+

Once issued, flights are subject to the airline’s own conditions. In most cases they are non-refundable or may involve high penalties. Any possible refund depends exclusively on the airline.

Can I make changes to my booking?+

Whenever possible, we will try to make changes to your booking. However, modifications are subject to availability and may involve additional costs.

Is travel insurance mandatory?+

International travel insurance is not included in the price and must be arranged separately. We recommend a policy covering medical assistance, repatriation and cancellation.

Do I need a passport or visa?+

Entry requirements for Thailand vary depending on your country of origin. It is the traveller’s responsibility to check them.

Trip details

Can I modify an itinerary shown on the website?+

Yes. All itineraries displayed on our website are flexible. You may choose to book only specific activities or opt for the full package, including transfers and accommodation. We adapt the trip to your travel style and needs whenever possible.

What is included in the trip price?+

The trip price includes accommodation, listed activities, local taxes, insurance for activities, and on-the-ground assistance. Anything not specified in the itinerary is considered not included. For each trip, you will find a detailed section outlining what is included and what is not included. If you have any questions, you can contact us directly via WhatsApp and we’ll be happy to help.

What is not included?+

International flights, personal expenses, travel insurance, and meals not mentioned in the itinerary are not included unless stated otherwise. International flights can be included upon request. Prices are based on real-time availability, and a 2.5% service fee applies to the total flight cost. All prices are updated and fully transparent.

What type of accommodation do you use?+

We carefully select comfortable, well-located hotels that meet quality standards and reflect the local character of each destination. You can choose between 3-, 4-, or 5-star hotels. Please mention your preferred hotel category when requesting your quotation.

Are meals included?+

Some meals are included depending on the itinerary. This will always be clearly specified before booking.

What happens if a destination or activity cannot be visited?+

In rare cases due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, the itinerary may be adjusted. Any changes will always aim to offer an equivalent or improved experience.

Group trips

How do group trips work?+

To join a group trip, simply contact us and make your reservation request. Group trips are confirmed with a minimum of 6 participants.

A €200 deposit is required to secure your spot. If the trip does not take place, this amount will be refunded immediately. Confirmation is provided at least one month in advance.

Once the group trip is confirmed, cancellations are non-refundable, which is why we strongly advise having international travel insurance that covers unforeseen situations.

How many people are there per group?+

We work with small groups to ensure a more personal and enjoyable experience. Group size is always limited and varies depending on the destination. Groups usually consist of between 10 and 12 people.

Is the trip suitable for solo travellers?+

Yes. Many of our travellers join alone and enjoy sharing the experience with the group.

Are flights included?+

International flights are usually not included unless specified. We will guide you on the best flight options and coordinate arrival details with the group.

Do I need a visa or special documents?+

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. We will provide guidance, but it is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure all documentation is valid before departure.

Do I need vaccinations?+

Vaccination requirements depend on your destination and nationality. We recommend checking with your healthcare provider before travelling.

What should I pack?+

Once your trip is confirmed, you will receive access to additional information, including a detailed packing list tailored to your destination and activities, as well as extra content such as Thai cooking recipes and traditional Thai music to help you connect with the experience before you travel.

Is this trip suitable for everyone?+

Our trips are designed for travellers with a normal level of mobility. If you have special requirements, please let us know in advance so we can advise you accordingly.

our values

Ethics and commitment

What is your company’s ethical policy?+

All activities offered have been personally tested and verified by our team. We are committed to fair pricing and actively collaborate with small local businesses, helping to support and develop less-visited areas.

All elephant-related experiences are ethical. We do not allow riding. Visitors can observe and be close to the elephants in a respectful way, as these animals have lived alongside local communities for over 500 years and are fully adapted to their natural environment.
