Cascada de Erawan
Embark on an unforgettable adventure to Erawan Waterfall, one of Thailand’s most impressive and iconic natural wonders. This experience also includes a memorable stop at the historic Death Railway, the famous World War II railway known for its dramatic history and breathtaking scenery.
Located within Erawan National Park in Kanchanaburi Province, the waterfall is named after the mythological three-headed elephant, Erawan, as the rock formations at the upper tier resemble this legendary creature.
Erawan Waterfall features seven stunning levels, each offering its own unique charm. The trails connecting the levels lead visitors through turquoise pools, jungle paths, and refreshing cascades. At several spots, you can even swim among the fish in crystal-clear natural pools.
The surrounding area is rich in wildlife monkeys, butterflies, and a wide variety of birds—making it a paradise for nature lovers.
🚶♂️ The hike to the highest level can be somewhat challenging, especially in humid weather, but the panoramic views and the tranquility of the park make it a truly rewarding experience.
